What people ask us first.
Do I need to know SQL or formulas?
No. Tables work like a spreadsheet, transforms are built from steps you pick from a list, and charts from a few choices — or a sentence to the AI assistant. Formulas are there when you want them.
Where can my data come from?
Upload CSV or Excel files, sync Google Sheets or Excel on OneDrive, or connect apps such as Airtable, Notion, HubSpot and Stripe, or any JSON API. Some connectors are still in beta and are marked that way in the app. Connectors beyond file upload come with the paid plans.
What does the AI assistant do?
It answers questions about your tables and drafts charts from a plain-English description, saying which table and columns it used. A draft is an ordinary chart you can edit or delete. Every plan includes some AI requests each month: 10 on Free, 200 on Pro, 2,000 shared by a Team organization, and unlimited on Enterprise.
Can I share a dashboard with people who don't use Haiyus?
Yes. A dashboard can be shared as a view-only link or embedded in another website, and you choose which dashboards are shared.
How do teams and permissions work?
On the Team and Enterprise plans a company gets an organization. Members are invited once, roles decide what each person can do, and permission sets and data policies narrow which workspaces and rows they see.
What's in the free plan?
1 workspace with 5 tables of up to 100,000 rows each, 10 charts, 3 dashboards and 10 AI requests a month, with CSV and Excel import and CSV export. No card is needed, and you can upgrade from inside the app whenever you like.
Is my data kept private?
Each organization's workspaces are kept separate, and every request is checked against the workspace it touches. Sign-in is handled by Clerk and payments by Stripe. The privacy policy has the details.
